Timothy Pas

Associate Director, Formulation Development and Production at Ardena, where he leads a team of experts delivering formulation development and GMP manufacturing for early clinical programs. He holds a Master’s in Drug Development and a PhD in Pharmaceutical Technology from KU Leuven, specializing in enabling technologies and galenic principles. Since joining Ardena, he has advanced from Formulation Scientist to Group Leader and now Associate Director, contributing deep expertise in oral and parenteral formulations and development strategies that underpin Ardena’s commitment to scientific and operational excellence.
