Lamberto Andreotti joined Bristol-Myers Squibb in 1998, holding numerous roles of increasing responsibility until his election to the Board of Directors in 2009, and CEO in 2010. On May 5, 2015, Lamberto will retire from the role of CEO and become Chairman of the Board of BMS, while Giovanni Caforio takes over as CEO.
