Audrey Greenberg

Founder and CEO, AG Capital Advisors

  • Profile

Meet Audrey Greenberg

Audrey founded and led the Center for Breakthrough Medicines (CBM) as it established itself as a global leader in cell and gene therapy, earning accolades such as Employer of the Year and DEI Initiative of the Year. Under her leadership, CBM achieved multi-billion-dollar valuations and resulted in an acquisition by SK pharmteco.

A champion of collaboration between academia, industry, and government, she is committed to mentoring the next generation of leaders through organizations such as Women in Bio and the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association. A frequent keynote speaker and advocate, Audrey aims to drive innovation, inclusivity, and excellence through her ability to bridge science, strategy, and social impact.

“The idea of a future where aging-related diseases such as Alzheimer’s, heart disease, and osteoarthritis are entirely preventable isn’t far-fetched. We are already seeing promising developments in epigenetic reprogramming and senolytic drugs. I believe these approaches will ultimately redefine human longevity.”
