Meet Audrey Greenberg

Audrey is Mayo Venture Partner and Chair of Corporate Development at Mayo Clinic, where she works across the institution’s research and clinical ecosystem to translate breakthrough science into scalable companies and strategic partnerships. Her role spans venture spinouts, joint ventures, co-creation opportunities with industry, and equity-based partnerships across biopharma, medtech, diagnostics, digital health, and regenerative medicine.

Before joining Mayo, Audrey founded the Center for Breakthrough Medicines, helping build it from blueprint to a major advanced therapies manufacturing organization before its acquisition by SK pharmteco. At Mayo, her focus is broader: identifying high-potential technologies, connecting them with capital, operators, and strategic partners, and building platforms that can move from clinical insight to patient impact.
