Meet Claudia Zylberberg

Claudia is a long-standing entrepreneur and ecosystem builder in regenerative medicine and cell and gene therapy. As co-founder and Board Chair of Akron Bio and ARScience Bio, and founder of Kosten Digital, she has worked across raw materials, manufacturing infrastructure, digital health, and advanced therapy commercialization, helping build the systems that allow complex therapies to move toward patient access.

Her influence spans company creation, industry standards, policy, education, and digital innovation. Through Akron Bio, she helped support the development of critical materials and services for advanced therapy manufacturing. At ARScience Bio and Kosten Digital, she is now focused on manufacturing readiness, supplier and sponsor coordination, AI-enabled healthcare workflows, and more connected models for advanced therapy delivery. Her broader work with organizations including ARM, the Standards Coordinating Body, and NASEM reflects a career spent connecting science, policy, industry, and patients around a shared goal: making advanced therapies scalable, viable, and accessible.
