Co-founder and CEO, Link Biologics
Reuben co-founded Link Biologics in 2021 to develop first-in-class TSG-6-based protein biologics, with initial programs in dry eye disease and wet age-related macular degeneration. He brings 18 years of industry experience, including leadership roles at Novo Nordisk, where he worked across global product strategy and lifecycle management before moving into biotech company building.
Under Reuben’s leadership, Link has advanced its lead asset toward the clinic, including a first GMP manufacturing run at clinical scale, patent grants for dry eye disease in Europe, Japan, and the US, and completion of four-week GLP toxicology studies in two species. The company’s lead asset, Link_TSG6, for the treatment of dry eye disease, is expected to reach the clinic in 2027.
“My younger self would certainly be surprised by the exposure I’ve had across the full life cycle of a drug. It still feels a little surprising to the older me. At the same time, I’d tell young Reuben that the best is yet to come.”
