Meet Faye Feller

Faye is driven by her prior experience as an attending hematologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where she learned that less than 50 percent of patients characterized as having a lower risk of progression respond to frontline therapies. Of those who do, most relapse within two years. Faye thus sought and seized opportunities to play a lead role in clinical development aimed at advancing new treatment options. As a result, Geron’s Rytelo (imetelstat) was granted FDA approval in 2024 for the treatment of adult patients with transfusion-dependent anemia.

Faye has continued to build on that milestone, leading further clinical development in blood cancers, including studies of imetelstat in patients with myelofibrosis who have relapsed or are refractory to JAK inhibitors.
