The society mobilizes a global community of members to connect and collaborate with guidance from leading academic, regulatory, and industrial experts.
Identifying workforce development as one of the most significant challenges for cell and gene therapies, ISCT has made substantial investments and formed strategic global partnerships to develop and deploy comprehensive educational programs and materials for seasoned and early-stage professionals alike.
We asked…
What advice do you have for those new to the cell and gene field?
Network, network, and network! The cell and gene therapy sector is the most novel, complex, and rapidly growing area in pharmaceuticals, so newcomers must engage with the wider community to keep up to date with the newest innovations.
To ensure the progress of the field, we need to stay engaged and connected so we may learn from one another’s successes and failures, and work together to find solutions to the many challenges we face.
