The Power List 2023 Is Live
The wait is over. Our annual celebration of the pharma industry’s most influential individuals has returned!
Highlighting the most influential and inspirational individuals across small molecule, biopharmaceutical, and advanced medicine drug development and manufacture, The Medicine Maker Power List celebrates the great and good in our glorious industry. And if it wasn’t clear already from the headline, it is now live!
Each year, we ask you, our esteemed community of readers, to nominate the best and brightest sparks – from CEOs to world-leading scientists, who enabling progress in the pharma industry. After a grueling judging process, the nominees are whittled down to a list of 30 VIPs.
The 2023 Power List is the culmination of many months of hard work; we always strive to deliver a list that is representative – but also emphasize that it is not intended to be definitive. We know there are countless medicine makers across the globe working hard to discover and deliver groundbreaking new therapies, as well as new technologies for development and manufacture.
The Power List also gives us a chance to explore another side to these individuals. Did you know that Rosalind Franklin was this year’s most popular fantasy dinner party guest, closely followed by Jimi Hendrix? That’s some party!
We hope you take time to have a closer look at this year’s Power Listers – and their valuable contributions. We’d also love to know what you think of the 2023 Power List – drop me a line: [email protected]
Making great scientific magazines isn’t just about delivering knowledge and high quality content; it’s also about packaging these in the right words to ensure that someone is truly inspired by a topic. My passion is ensuring that our authors’ expertise is presented as a seamless and enjoyable reading experience, whether in print, in digital or on social media. I’ve spent fourteen years writing and editing features for scientific and manufacturing publications, and in making this content engaging and accessible without sacrificing its scientific integrity. There is nothing better than a magazine with great content that feels great to read.
